The processor has 28 cores, 56 threads, a base clock speed of 2.5 GHz, and a turbo boost frequency of 3.5 GHz. It has a TDP (thermal design power) of 205 watts and supports up to 1.5TB of memory with a maximum memory speed of 2933 MHz.
