Description

The Intel® Xeon® Platinum 8368Q Processor is a server processor designed for data center and enterprise workloads. It was launched in Q2 2021 as part of the 3rd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable Processor family.

The 8368Q has 38 cores and 76 threads, a base clock speed of 2.4 GHz, and a turbo boost frequency of up to 3.9 GHz. It also has 57.5 MB of Intel Smart Cache, supports up to 4 TB of DDR4 memory, and has a TDP of 270 watts.

This processor is built on a 10 nm process and features Intel’s advanced AI acceleration technologies, including Intel Deep Learning Boost and Intel Advanced Vector Extensions 512 (AVX-512) instructions, to improve performance for AI and deep learning workloads. It also supports Intel Optane persistent memory, which can provide faster access to large datasets than traditional storage solutions.
